A preview of what you get

HOW 8 AGENTS HAND OFF TO EACH OTHER

The mistake most people make with AI and hiring: they use AI for one step and do everything else manually.

The leverage is in the handoff.

Agent 1 finds the candidate. Passes the profile to Agent 2. Agent 2 qualifies them against the brief. Passes the qualified candidates to Agent 3. Agent 3 writes the personalised outreach. Posts it. Waits for the reply. Reply comes in. Agent 4 routes it. Interested reply goes to the calendar. No reply triggers the 5-day follow-up. Interview booked. Agent 5 sends the prep pack. After the debrief. Agent 6 updates the pipeline report.

You see the morning Telegram summary. You make the decisions. The agents handle the volume.

AGENT 1: THE SOURCER

Platforms: LinkedIn (Boolean), GitHub (language/activity), Stack Overflow (answered questions, expertise signals)
Trigger: new brief added to Google Sheets
Output: 20-30 matched profiles per day

AGENT 2: THE SCREENER

Platforms: Reads structured profile data passed from Agent 1
Trigger: new profile row added to the sourcing sheet
Output: 3 H's assessment score (hard working, humble, hungry signals inferred from public activity) plus an overall qualification score against the brief, written back to the same row

AGENT 3: THE OUTREACH WRITER

Platforms: LinkedIn, email
Trigger: candidate row marked "Qualified" by Agent 2
Output: a personalised first-touch message referencing one specific thing the candidate built or shipped, queued for send or auto-sent depending on your risk tolerance

AGENT 4: THE FOLLOW-UP MANAGER

Platforms: LinkedIn, email
Trigger: no reply logged after 5 days from Agent 3's message
Output: a follow-up message with a new angle, sent automatically, with a second and final follow-up scheduled for day 12 if still no reply

AGENT 5: THE INTERVIEW COORDINATOR

Platforms: Calendar (Google Calendar/Calendly), Slack or email
Trigger: candidate reply marked "Interested"
Output: a scheduling link sent to the candidate, a prep pack (role brief, interview stage, panellist names) sent to the hiring manager, and a calendar hold created automatically once a time is confirmed

AGENT 6: THE PIPELINE REPORTER

Platforms: Google Sheets, Telegram or Slack
Trigger: scheduled weekly (e.g. Friday morning)
Output: a summary report by stage (sourced, screened, contacted, interviewing, offer), flagging any candidate stalled more than 7 days without a next action

AGENT 7: THE OFFER ANALYST

Platforms: reads salary data you provide or a benchmarking source
Trigger: candidate reaches "Final Round" stage
Output: a fully-loaded cost estimate for the hire (base, benefits, sourcing cost, ramp cost) plus a comp benchmark check against the stated range, so the offer conversation starts from real numbers

AGENT 8: THE ONBOARDING PLANNER

Platforms: Google Docs or Notion, Slack
Trigger: offer accepted and signed
Output: a 30-day, week-by-week onboarding roadmap generated specifically for the role and hire, plus an early-warning checklist shared with the hiring manager before day one
