A preview of what you get

AUTOPILOT 1: DAILY CANDIDATE SOURCING

What it does: Searches LinkedIn and GitHub every night against your active briefs. Surfaces 20-30 matched profiles each morning. Logs them to Google Sheets. Sends you a Telegram summary.

What you do: Review the shortlist. Approve outreach. 10 minutes instead of 3 hours.

Setup: n8n workflow triggered at 11pm daily. Apify actor runs the LinkedIn search. Claude scores each profile against the brief. Google Sheets logs the results. Telegram sends the morning summary.

Setup time: 90 minutes once. Ongoing maintenance: zero.

AUTOPILOT 2: PERSONALISED FIRST-TOUCH OUTREACH

What it does: Writes a personalised connection request and follow-up message for each approved candidate. Based on what they have built, written, or worked on. Not a template. Actually personalised.

What you do: Review the drafts. Click send. 2 minutes per candidate instead of 15.

How it works: Claude reads the candidate's LinkedIn summary, recent posts, and current role. Identifies one specific thing to reference. Writes the message around that reference.

AUTOPILOT 3: FOLLOW-UP SEQUENCES

What it does: Tracks every sent outreach message and automatically sends a follow-up if there's no reply after 5 days, with a second and final follow-up at day 12.

What you do: Nothing, unless you want to review the follow-up drafts before they send. Most people let this run fully automated after the first week of trusting the output.

Setup: n8n workflow triggered daily, checking the outreach sheet for rows with no reply logged and a send date older than 5 or 12 days. Claude drafts a fresh angle for each follow-up rather than repeating the same message. Sent automatically via LinkedIn or email integration, or queued for one-click approval if you prefer a human in the loop.

AUTOPILOT 4: INTERVIEW SCHEDULING

What it does: The moment a candidate replies "interested," automatically sends a scheduling link and creates the calendar hold once a time is picked, no manual back-and-forth.

What you do: Nothing for scheduling itself. You just show up to the interview with a prep pack already generated.

Setup: n8n workflow triggered by a reply status change to "Interested" in the tracking sheet. Connects to Calendly or Google Calendar via API, sends the link automatically, and posts a Slack/Telegram notification once booked, including a short prep pack (role brief, stage, panellist names) for the hiring manager.

AUTOPILOT 5: HIRING MANAGER WEEKLY UPDATE

What it does: Every Friday, sends the hiring manager a plain-English summary of the week's pipeline activity, without them having to open the sheet.

What you do: Skim it. Flag anything that needs attention. Takes under 2 minutes to read.

Setup: n8n scheduled trigger every Friday morning. Claude reads the pipeline sheet and generates a short narrative summary (not just raw numbers): candidates sourced, screens completed, interviews booked, and anything stalled. Sent via email or Slack.

AUTOPILOT 6: PIPELINE HEALTH CHECK

What it does: Flags any candidate who has sat in the same stage for more than 7 days without a next action logged, before the search quietly stalls.

What you do: Review the flagged list and assign a next action to each. This is the single highest-leverage 10 minutes in the whole system, since stalled pipeline is the most common reason searches take twice as long as they should.

Setup: n8n scheduled trigger, daily or every other day. Reads the pipeline sheet, compares Last Touch Date against today's date per candidate, and flags anything over the threshold in a Telegram or Slack alert.

AUTOPILOT 7: CANDIDATE NURTURE SEQUENCES

What it does: Keeps warm candidates who aren't right for the current role, but were strong overall, engaged with light-touch check-ins every 60-90 days, so they're not cold by the time the right role opens.

What you do: Nothing ongoing. Review the candidate list once a quarter to keep it current.

Setup: n8n scheduled trigger checking a "Nurture" tagged list against last-contact date. Claude drafts a short, genuinely useful check-in (not a generic "just checking in"), referencing something specific from the original conversation or their recent activity.

AUTOPILOT 8: OFFER TRACKING

What it does: Once an offer is sent, automatically tracks days-since-sent and triggers the appropriate follow-up cadence (day 2 soft check-in, day 4-5 direct check-in, day 7+ escalation) without you having to remember the schedule.

What you do: Have the actual conversations. The system just tells you when it's time and gives you a suggested message.

Setup: n8n workflow triggered when a candidate row changes to "Offer Sent." Scheduled checks at day 2, day 5, and day 7 generate the appropriate follow-up draft and notify you it's ready to send.
