My dad is Ghanaian. My mum is Jamaican.

I grew up in the RAF between cultures and continents — moving between postings, countries, and schools before I was old enough to choose any of them.

You learn to read people fast when you grow up that way. You learn what hard work looks like from parents who built something from nothing, twice, on two continents.

14 years later I had placed 500+ people across some of the UK's most demanding organisations. Ministry of Justice. Nationwide. 3M. Frontiers EMEA. £7.2M in agency spend eliminated. Not by working harder than the agencies — by caring more about getting it right.

I started A Player Talent because the local business market has a hiring problem nobody is solving properly. They cannot afford the UK salary. And they cannot afford to keep covering it themselves.
