How it works commercially.
Day rate
For project-based engagements or ad hoc support. Agreed rate per day. No minimum term.
Monthly retainer
For ongoing embedded support over a fixed term. Agreed monthly rate. Minimum 3 months.
Hybrid
Day rate for the build phase. Reduced retainer for ongoing management once the function is live.
No placement percentage on any role hired through a system I build. That would be a conflict of interest. It is not how this works.
